Our Short Break - Until Monday 25/11/2019

Hi Everyone,
Well, it's that time of the year again and we're away from our desks for a small period of time, from late on Tuesday evening and then for the remainder of this week. These days include:
- Wednesday 20/11
- Thursday 21/11
- Friday 22/11.
That also means we also won't be back ready to assist you with your AT questions until Monday 25th November.
Apologies in advance for any inconvenience that may cause, it's this last full weekend in November that is pencilled in every year for a short break somewhere in Australia which, unfortunately, doesn't include reading email, taking phone calls or sending out Express Post satchels.
To be totally honest and candid, I'm really looking forward these next few days as it helps recharge the batteries before the final push of December which is always feels like a sprint to the end. This mini-break helps no end with getting those last things done.
What that also means is we won't be able to return phone calls or answer emails properly until the week starting Monday 25th November.
Feel free to send your questions about mounting, switches, AAC and all other aspects of Assistive Technology through to us in the regular ways, it may take us all of next week to colate and send responses to the inquiries left for us, we are literally swamped with emails and phone calls on a weekly basis, so I'd like to thank you in advance for your understanding and patience this coming Wednesday Thursday and Friday.
We'll filter through the backlog of all correspondence starting first thing on Monday 25th and put together a schedule to get back to you throughout the rest of next week. Again, thanks for your understanding.
