The DAESSY X-Base Folding Desk Stand is a versatile table or desk mounting solution solution for larger devices or technologies that require taller placement on flat surfaces. Like it's cousin, the DAESSY Vertical Desk Stand, an Articulating Quick Release Base is included which provides extensive height, angle and rotational adjustment.
The DAESSY X-Base Folding Desk Stand is an excellent companion mount with any DAESSY wheelchair mount or is helpful for accurately and securely positioning technology for use on flat, stable sufaces. Systems that require adjustment at setup or over time, like heavier eye-gaze access technologies, would benefit from the adjustment features of the DAESSY X-Base Folding Desk Stand.
For convenience, it also has the ability to fold for storage and transport and would be an excellent tool in any assessment kit or for those on the go.
The Articulating Quick Release Base
The Articulating Quick Release Base, included by default, allows infinite adjustment of the angle and rotation of the attached device or computer and can be set anywhere along the vertical tube for height adjustment. As the tubing for the X-Base Folding Desk Stand is 3/4" diameter, Articulating Quick Release Base have 3/4" holes sizings and is also supplied with 2 Quick Handles.
