DAESSY Rolling Mount 32

The DAESSY Rolling Mount is an independent floor stand for any AAC device or laptop.

Fitted with the DAESSY Quick Release Base, the Rolling Mount is an excellent companion to the DAESSY wheelchair mounts, allowing easy transfer of an AAC device or laptop from the wheelchair to the Rolling Mount for use while in bed or in an alternate location.

This version has a 32" or 81 cm wide base or foot-print.

Offset Version (ROM32)

Two versions of the base are available as well - Standard (RM32) and Offset (ROM32). The Offset version allows the Rolling Mount to have more reach by fitting "around" a chair, wheelchair or table due to the base cross-bar attaching at the base corners instead of through the middle like in the Standard version.

Tall Version (RM32T, ROM32T)

As well as having a choice of bases, the Rolling Mount 32 has a choice of how tall it can reach.  By adding in the Tall version, the height adjustability increases by an additional 33 cm but it also has a higher lowest point, with the horizontal tube starting 25 cm higher from the ground than the Standard version RM32.

• Low-profile Locking Casters
  The DAESSY Rolling Mount is fitted with 5 cm locking casters that provide smooth travel over most indoor floor surfaces. All four caster wheels can be locked to keep the mount in position during use.  Low-profile base with 2" locking casters roll under furniture with 8.8 cm clearance.

• Easily dismantles for shipping or storage
  The DAESSY Rolling Mount is easily dismantled completely for compact shipping or storage.

Option - Articulated Horizontal Joint Tube Version (ROM32-AJH, ROM32T-AJH)

This version of the Rolling Mount 32 includes a Horizontal Top Tube with an Articulating Joint.

• This inclusion provides added adjustability for positioning the AAC device or laptop and is very useful for eye-gaze systems.
• Paired with an Articulating Quick Release Base (purchase option below) and you have quite an adjustable Rolling Floor Mount.

Upright Post Options

• TALL UPRIGHT POST: Suitable for most wheelchairs and where extra height is needed - 97cm to 147cm
• STANDARD UPRIGHT POST: Covers most of the height range - 85cm to 135cm
• SHORT UPRIGHT POST: May be more suited for children in smaller chairs, height range - 71cm - 114cm

Quick Release Base Upgrade Options

Upgrade the included standard Quick Release Base to an Articulating Quick Release Base - highly recommended for Eye-Gaze systems.

An Articulating Quick Release Bases allow device positioning independently of the mounts vertical and horizontal pole's positions, essentially giving fine tuning of the device position at the attachment point which is of benefit in Rolling Mounts.

Take-Apart Adapters and Carry Bag

Do you need to quickly disassemble the Rolling Mount to transport it sorund or to take it to another place with ease? If so then consider adding in thr Take-Apart Adapters and Carry Bag.

• Easy assembly and disassembly of the Upright Vertical Oost and the Wheel-base of the Rolling Mount.
• The Take-Apart Adaptors are preinstalled to the ends of the crossbar to attach to the base sides and an adaptor for the upright post to be attached and removed without manually adjusting bolts with an allen key
• A "packed down" mount kit fits snuggly and easily into a long carry bag with strap handles. Too easy.
